Fruitas gets green light from the SEC for its IPO

Fruitas Holdings, Inc. has obtained the go signal from the SEC for its initial public offering (IPO). Fruitas is looking to raise up to Php1.2Bil which will be used to fund its store network expansion, potential acquisitions, and debt repayment, among others. The IPO will have a base offering of 533.66 million primary shares at a maximum price of Php1.99 per share. The offering will also have overallotment option of 68.34 million additional shares. Fruitas targets to have the offer period from November 18 to 22 in time for the intended listing date of November 29. This is still subject to the approval of the PSE.
